View All NewsQuote of the Week: Temp satisfaction
“This suggests that staffing firms may most effectively (and economically) enhance their temporary worker satisfaction (and therefore loyalty and retention) by maintaining an organized, ‘info-open,’ ‘non-gaming’ internal culture that consistently and overtly communicates with temporary workers and demonstrates that the staffing agency truly ‘appreciates’ the time and efforts of the workers who are making themselves available, at their marginal value, on a temporary basis,” says Andrew Karpie, research analyst at Staffing Industry Analysts in a new report on temporary worker satisfaction with staffing firms.
The report is based on the “Best Staffing Companies to Work For” competition and includes 4,700 workers.
