Temporary staffing year-over-year revenue growth accelerated 11 percent in March from 7 percent in February as measured by Staffing Industry Analysts' most recent Pulse Survey update that was released last week. Month-to-month trends in March continued to show “widespread” improvement for the second consecutive month, and the percentage of firms reporting positive year-over-year growth rose to 68 percent from 61 percent.

Industrial staffing year-over-year revenue growth increased to 8 percent in March from 2 percent in February, and the office/clerical segment’s year-over-year revenue growth accelerated to 11 percent in March from 1 percent in February.

The IT segment continued to show strong growth of 17 percent.

Pulse Survey results are based on a monthly survey of staffing firms.
