Protiviti Inc., a consulting and internal audit division of Robert Half International (NYSE: RHI), purchased SusQtech Inc., a provider of SharePoint consulting services. SharePoint is a business collaboration software product produced by Microsoft that allows business to share and manage documents.

SusQtech President Rob Hustick and Executive Vice President Jim LaRocca will remain as Protiviti managing directors.
