Private equity invests in ettain, Livonius to join board

IT staffing provider ettain group inc. is receiving an investment by private equity firm New MainStream Capital. The deal includes bringing in Bob Livonius as a board member. Livonius is a member of New MainStream’s operating executive council. In addition, Livonius is also president, strategic workforce Solutions at AMN Healthcare Inc. (NYSE: AHS) and former chairman of the American Staffing Association.

Terms of the deal were not announced. Ettain’s co-founders, Jeff Harris and Brian Deblitz, will continue in their roles at the Charlotte, N.C.-based company and remain significant shareholders.

Ettain ranked on last year’s list of fastest-growing staffing firms. Its revenue now exceeds $100 million.

New MainStream is based in New York and Dallas.
