Private equity investor AE Industrial Partners LLC completed its acquisition of Belcan Corp., a Cincinnati-based engineering services and technical staffing provider in the aerospace, power generation and industrial markets.

Terms were not disclosed.

Concurrent with the closing of the transaction, AEI Managing Partner David H. Rowe is now chairman of Belcan and Lance H. Kwasniewski, president of Belcan Engineering, was named Belcan’s chief executive officer.

The transaction was previously announced in June. BelFlex Staffing Network, the Cincinnati-based company’s light industrial staffing subsidiary, is not included in the transaction.

 Belcan ranked No. 29 on this year’s list of largest US staffing providers.
