PrincetonOne acquired Retail Search Group in Grass Valley, Calif. The transaction closed July 1; terms were not disclosed.

Retail Search Group targets retail businesses and has close to $2 million in revenue. The Retail Search brand will remain, and Kim Franchi, Retail Search Group’s general manager, will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Grass Valley location. Current CEO of Retail Search Group, Gerald Mitchell, will not remain with the firm.

“The addition of Retail Search Group to PrincetonOne’s team will enable PrincetonOne to increase our market share and service to the retail industry,” said PrincetonOne CEO Dave Campeas. “This is our first acquisition in the retail search arena. We are delighted to have Retail Search Group as part of the PrincetonOne organization.”

N.J.-based PrincetonOne provides executive search, recruitment process outsourcing and contract staffing.
