The Premier Alliance Group Inc. (OTCBB: PIMO.OB) acquired PeopleSource Inc., a privately held staffing firm based in Winston Salem NC. Premier agreed to pay $500,000 in cash and stock for the company, and the deal closed Oct. 1. PeopleSource had $3 million in revenue in its last year in business.

PeopleSource provides information technology, engineering, office/clerical, clinical/scientific and human resources staffing, according to its Web site.
