Pomeroy IT Solutions Inc. (NASD: PMRY), a Hebron KY-based information technology services and staffing firm, said President and CEO Keith Coogan will step down effective Jan. 5 because of family health reasons. Christopher Froman will take over the president and CEO roles after Coogan's departure. Froman is presently senior VP of sales and marketing.

Pomeroy also reported that Craig Propst is its new senior VP, treasure and CFO. Propst previously held the roles on an interim basis.
