The president of Poland-based recruitment firm Work Service Group, Tomasz Hanczarek, will transition to the role of vice chairman of the supervisory board, the company announced last week. And taking over the role of president will be Maciej Witucki.
Work Service Group ranks No. 65 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms in the world.
Hanczarek will continue in the presidential role until the end of the year when he will pass the reins to Witucki. Plans call for the present business strategy to remain in place.
“I am very pleased that Maciej Witucki accepted the appointment as the president of Work Service”, said Paul Sofianos, chairman of the supervisory board. “He knows our company very well as he has been a member of the supervisory board for two years. I hope that his direct contribution to our growth will result in the satisfaction of our personnel, customers and investors.”
Witucki was president of Orange Polska from 2006 through 2013, joining Work Service Group’s supervisory board in 2013. He was also a member of the management board and then a VP at Lukas Bank from 2002 through 2006.
