Pinstripe, UK firm form new brand

May 13, 2014

Pinstripe, a Brookfield, Wis.-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing, and U.K.-based Ochre House, which Pinstripe acquired in July 2013, will now operate as the Cielo brand.

The firm also rebranded two strategic resourcing firms owned by Ochre House in the Middle East and North Africa: TAAHEED will become a part of Cielo and executive search firm Carmichael Fisher will operate as Moorland Gray.

Cielo also launched its first annual Cielo Talent Activation Index, which found that progressive talent strategies have a positive business impact on organizational capability and performance.

Seventy-one percent of high-performers rated their workforce strategies as “excellent” in terms of supporting their organization’s objectives over the next three years. And 69 percent of high-performers — compared to only 7 percent of underperformers — believe their organizations are “very prepared” to adapt to changing workforce demands and the new generation of workers that will emerge by 2020.

The study includes responses from more than 750 senior human resources, talent and recruitment executives at large organizations in North America, Western Europe and the Middle East.
