Pinnacle Staffing Group PLC, a Luton, England-based healthcare staffing firm, said today its CEO, Jacqui Skinner, has resigned. The company also said non-executive Chairman Richard Aitken-Davies has stepped down as have non-executive directors Trevor Jones and Ewan Gowrie.

Non-executive director Tom Charlton has taken on the role of executive chairman at Pinnacle on an interim basis. In addition, the company said David Hope was appointed chief operating officer.

Pinnacle was formed in September 2006 after it spun off from Nestor Healthcare Group PLC. It had annual revenue of GBP43.5 million (US$85.8 million) in its last fiscal year ended Jan. 6.
