Peoplefluent, a provider of a vendor management system and other talent management software, today appointed Jeff Carr as president and CEO, effective immediately. Carr replaces longtime CEO Charles Jones, who will remain chairman.

“Jeff has deep experience in sales, marketing and all aspects of customer advocacy and influence in the SaaS environment (including renewals, channels and customer relationships),” said Jones.  

Prior to joining Peoplefluent, Carr was president of global field operations at Saba, where he had responsibility for the company’s worldwide field operations, including sales, professional services, alliances and customer success. Carr has also held strategic executive positions at Taleo and PeopleSoft.

 “I have been watching Peoplefluent closely over the years and am deeply impressed with the product vision they have designed and executed,” said Carr. “The next phase of growth for our business will be among its most exciting, and it is a phase that falls squarely within the sweet spot of my industry experience.”
