Peoplefluent, a vendor management system (VMS) provider, earlier this year acquired Strategia, a learning management company based in Canada that operates as a software as a service. Strategia allows companies to manage their workforce development, including for both temporary workers and consultants. Strategia co-founders, Romain Gagnon and Line Savard, were set to remain with the company. Terms of the deal were not announced.

The Strategia deal follows an acquisition last year by Peoplefluent of Acquire, a provider of workforce analytics and planning. Acquire uses predictive analysis to allow employers to plan the composition of their workforce, including contingent workers.
