Peopleclick Authoria, a provider of a vendor management system and other products, named Joseph Licata Jr. as its CEO and president.

Licata has more the 25 years of experience in the technology sectors. He previously served as president and CEO of SER Solutions, and he has held management roles at Siemens and IBM.

The announcement comes shortly after Peopleclick was combined with Authoria. Peopleclick, a VMS provider, was acquired by Bedford Funding in January. Bedford combined it with Authoria, a human resources software firm it already owned.

Bedford Funding is a White Plains NY-based private equity fund.
