Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) named Scott Krenz as its new CFO. Krenz was formerly executive VP and CFO of Navigant Consulting, and before that was CFO at Sapient Corp. He begins Aug. 4. Heidrick's previous CFO, Eileen Kamerick, quit effective May 10 to take a job elsewhere.

Vedior NV CEO Louis Willem "Tex" Gunning will leave the company to become managing director of the decorative paints business at AkzoNobel. Gunning joined Vedior last year. His departure comes amid the acquisition of the company by Randstad Holding NV. Vedior is the fourth-largest staffing firm in the world. The combined Vedior and Randstad would rank as the second-largest staffing firm.

Crdentia Corp. (OTCBB: CRDT.OB) appointed Jean Stewart as its new COO. Stewart comes to Crdentia from TLC Health Care Services, a provider of Medicare home health services to the elderly.

The OCJ Group named Kent Stastny as senior VP of its new Colorado office. The company said Stastny has more than 30 years of experience in staffing, information technology and customer service support.

Career Management, an executive search firm specializing in the retail, catalog and e-commerce industries, named Joseph Alfano as VP of its supermarket business unit. Alfano most recently served in management positions at BJ's Wholesale Club Inc. in Natick MA.
