Advantage Professional founder and director Bob Olivier was appointed as director of global market intelligence for parent company Advantage Resourcing. Olivier had created the Australian Advantage Job Index, and plans call for that index to expand to other countries. Advantage Resourcing is the new name for Radia Holdings Inc.

Keane Inc., a Boston-based information technology solutions and staffing firm, named Timothy Conway as executive VP of its public sector business unit. Conway previously served as managing director of Federal Solutions, a division of Affiliated Computers Services Inc.

Suna Solutions, a Lafayette CA-based provider of staffing and professional services, named Brenda Casey as VP of sales and marketing. Casey, who has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, will report to President and CEO Michael Larkins. She will be based in San Diego.

Tatum, a provider of CFO staffing and related services, promoted Janice DiPietro to national managing partner of consulting. DiPietro was previously managing partner of Tatum's New England office and East Region associate managing partner. Tatum is a division of SFN Group Inc. (NYSE: SFN). Tatum also announced that Greg Walther has joined the firm as a partner in its Dallas office. Walther will work on developing Tatum's retail and hospitality practice.

Ciber Inc. (NYSE: CBR), a Greenwood CO-based information technology solutions and staffing firm, named Gary Kohn as VP of investor relations. Kohn was most recently VP of investor relations at Western Union.

Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) named Alicia Yi as managing director of strategic client services based in Singapore. Yi formerly served as managing partner of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc.'s (NASD: HSII) Singapore office.

Skilled Group Ltd., an Australia-based staffing firm, named John Kempe as CEO of Offshore Marine Services, a provider of offshore drilling and marine personnel to the oil and gas industry. Kempe takes on the role effective July 12.
