CTPartners named John Keller as vice chairman of its CEO and board services practice. Keller comes to CTPartners from Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY). Keller at one time served as a business and technology editor and reporter for The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek and other publications. CTPartners also hired Morten Nielsen as a partner in its life sciences and healthcare practice based in Cleveland. Morten also comes to CTPartners from Korn/Ferry International.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. appointed Richard Spitzer as its global automotive managing partner in its industrial practice. Spitzer will be based out of Houston and Chicago. Spitzer comes to Heidrick from Accenture where he was global managing partner of its automotive and industrial equipment industries.

Hudson RPO, the recruitment process outsourcing division of Hudson Highland Group Inc. (NASD: HHGP) named Darren Lancaster as managing director for Europe and the Middle East. Lancaster had served as managing director of resource solutions at the Robert Walters Group.

SkillStorm, a provider of IT and engineering staffing, hired Joe Doran as associate VP. Doran will oversee operations management, business development and management of employees and contractors for South Florida, Tampa Bay and other emerging markets for the company.

Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry International Inc. named Lyn Currie as VP and general manager of its recruitment process outsourcing and project-based recruitment business for Canada. Currie previously served as practice leader at Futurestep in Canada. In addition, the company named Karen Wong as VP and general manager of the markets business for Canada. Wong has served as service delivery leader since 2006.
