Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include announcements from ZRG Partners, The Judge Group, SEARCH Group Partners, B. E. Smith and Korn Ferry.

Executive search and human capital management firm ZRG Partners Inc. brought Stacey Mainiero on board as chief operating officer, a newly created position within the company. Mainiero will manage and oversee the daily activities worldwide. Mainiero is based in the West Orange, N.J., office and manages global operations for all ZRG offices. Mainiero previously held a senior level operations position with Korn Ferry International.

The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, promoted Troy Isom to managing director of Judge's Northern California offices. Isom joined Judge in 2012 to build out the Northern California market for IT and engineering staffing and consulting services.

Search Group Partners added Connie Spyropoulos-Linardakis as managing director of the firm’s executive search practice. Spyropoulos-Linardakis most recently was executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Zions Bancorporation.

Lenexa, Kan.-based B. E. Smith, an executive search firm specializing in healthcare, hired Patricia Cochrell as vice president, leadership advisor for the firm’s interim leadership and advisory services division.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) announced Liz Boardman joined the firm as senior client partner of its sports practice, which is led by Jed Hughes. Additionally, Peter Reichman joined Korn Ferry as senior client partner and member of the financial officers practice.
