Workway, a Burbank CA-based staffing firm, named Roger Iris as the company's president. Iris was promoted to the post from the position of senior VP responsible for marketing and business development at Workway. "Iris continues to be instrumental in enabling Workway to expand our business and further enhance our ability to provide qualified staffing to the financial, auto finance, IT, and healthcare industries," said Workway CEO Matt Johnson.

Spring Group PLC, a London-based staffing firm with operations in the United States, announced that Chief Financial Officer Peter Darraugh is stepping down to pursue a new challenge closer to his home and family. Darraugh had been with the company since 2001.

Leslie Parsons has joined Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY), as country leader for its business in the United Kingdom. Parsons comes to Futurestep from Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA), where she served as managing director of its outsourcing and consulting business in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

Crdentia Corp. (OTCBB: CRDT.OB) said David Jenkins and Raymond "Jay" Dunn have been elected to its board of directors. Jenkins is the managing member and general partner of FatBoy Capital LLC, a Crdentia shareholder. Dunn is co-founder and managing director of the Latin Healthcare Fund, also a Crdentia shareholder.
