People - Westaff, Kforce, Ferreri, Equis

Westaff Inc. (NASD: WSTF) named a new president, and Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC) announced several personnel changes. In addition, personnel announcements were made by Ferreri Search and Equis Financial Staffing.

Westaff, a Walnut Creek CA-based professional staffing firm, named Stephen Russo as president in addition to his position as chief operating officer. Michael Willis had been appointed president, CEO and chairman of Westaff in May 2007. Willis will continue in the roles of CEO and chairman.

Kforce, a Tampa-based professional staffing firm, named Randy Marmon as chief customer development officer. Marmon was president of the company's east region since 2004.

Kforce also announced several other personnel changes. Among them:
—? Peter Alonso was appointed chief talent officer; Alonso last served as president of the company's health and life sciences segment.
—? Sam Farrell was named chief sales officer; he last served as president of Kforce's health information management business.
—? Mark Biscoe became president of Kforce's eastern region. Biscoe last served as market president of the northeast region.
—? Kristin Ellis was named president of the company's health and life sciences division. Ellis previously served as group president clinical research.
—? Kye Mitchell was appointed president of the Atlantic region. He was formerly president of the mid-Atlantic region.

Ferreri Search, a Tampa-based professional search firm specializing in the finance and accounting and information technology segments, announced it added Chris Pitisci and Lisa Chiv as partners. Pitisci served with a publicly traded consulting firm and with a local executive search and staffing firm before joining Ferreri. Chiv held several roles at a publicly traded national staffing firm before coming to Ferreri.

Equis Financial Staffing, a Calabasas CA-based finance and accounting staffing firm, named Carrie Rogers as director of staffing services. Before coming to Equis, Rogers was president and owner of CareerBizz, a staffing firm specializing in mid- to high-level accounting and technical professionals.
