The Judge Group, a Philadelphia-based staffing provider, promoted Ben Glover to director of Judge technical staffing in Arlington, Texas. Glover has more than eight years of experience in the staffing industry and joined the Judge Group in 2009. Glover is launching the Judge technical staffing division in Arlington.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, appointed Daniel Ladrech as managing partner for its manufacturing practice group. Ladrech previously served as vice president and managing partner for Fortune Personnel Consultants. Lucas Group also appointed Kevin Belbin as managing partner for its human resources practice group in Houston. Belbin has more than 22 years of experience in auditing and executive recruiting.

HR Dynamics, a New York City-based staffing services provider, appointed Wendee Greene as vice president, staffing services. Greene previously served as vice president of healthcare and human services at Access Staffing for more than 10 years.
