Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements. Today’s listings include announcements from TriNet, Career Partners International, ALKU, ZRG Partners and PrideStaff.

TriNet Group Inc. (NYSE: TNET), one of the largest professional employer organizations, announced Jing Liao joined the company as senior vice president of human resources, a newly created position. Liao previously was vice president, global human resources at Atmel (NSDQ: ATML).

Career Partners International, which provides career transition services and talent management solutions, announced François Lefebvre, co-founder of Lefebvre & Fortier, will lead the Québec City office, which joined the 73 other equity owners of Career Partners effective June 10. Lefebvre & Fortier will operate using both brands going forward. Additionally, Career Partners appointed Robert Spencer managing director responsible for all practice areas in the firm’s new Louisiana office. Career Partners now counts more than 220 offices in 48 countries.

ALKU, a Staffing Industry Analysts “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” winner for mid-size firms, promoted Lauren Pacella to ALKU’s payroll and billing manager. Pacella had been acting as interim payroll and billing manager for the last eight months. ALKU, formerly known as the Start Group, is comprised of three divisions: ALKU Technologies, ALKU Quality and ALKU Government Solutions.

Executive search and human capital management firm ZRG Partners Inc. added four members to its Global Healthcare Services & Solutions practice: Co-Practice Head Brian McGowan and Senior Associate Gary Ruffcorn in Atlanta, and Co-Practice Head John Blank and Senior Associate Mark Dillard in Nashville, Tenn.

PrideStaff, a national staffing organization, announced the following owners/strategic partners opened new offices: Carmen Calamia and Robert Calamia in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., opened May 5; Erica Orrison in St. Louis Metro PSF, opened May 5; Brian Thomas in St. Louis Southwest, opened May 19; and Mike Harris in South Riverside County, opened June 9.
