Kinetix, a recruitment process outsourcing firm headquartered in Atlanta, announced Jay Kuhns will join its executive team in the newly created position of VP of operations and healthcare strategy, effective Jan. 12. He will report to CEO Shannon Russo. Kuhns previously was vice president of human resources at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Fla.

IQNavigator, a vendor management system provider, appointed Frank Thies as country manager and sales director in the central Europe region. He will lead the sales and support team based in Munich. Thies previously managed the DACH region for software company NeoSpheres.
