Team Health Holdings Inc. (NYSE: TMH) announced that James Bierman was elected to its board of directors and will served as chairman of the board's audit committee. Bierman is senior VP and CFO at Owens & Minor Inc., a distributor of medical and surgical supplies. Team Health Holdings ranked No. 8 on Staffing Industry Analysts' 2010 list of largest healthcare staffing firms.
