Judge Executive Search, a division of The Judge Group, named Steve Green as managing director. Green will oversee day-to-day management and business development at Judge Executive Search. Green, who has been with Judge for 12 years, previously served as managing director of emerging markets at The Judge Group's permanent placement division. The Judge Group is a Philadelphia-based staffing firm.

Barbara Gebhardt, president of staffing firm Opus Scientific, has been appointed to the board of directors of the New York Biotechnology Association, an organization aimed at supporting and developing growth of New York's biotech industry.
