The Armada Group, a Santa Cruz-based information technology staffing firm promoted Lisa Sullivan to VP of client relations. Sullivan had served as director of business development.

Extensis Group, a New Jersey-based professional employer organization, named Dan Sheridan as senior VP and chief marketing officer.
