The TechServe Alliance reported three new members were elected to its board: Robert Dickey, executive vice president of technologies at Randstad US Professionals; Donald Goldberg, CEO of ConsultNet LLC; and Enoch Timothy Sr., president and CEO of Paladin Consulting. The TechServe Alliance is a collaboration of information technology services firms, clients, consultants and suppliers.

Witt/Kieffer, an executive search firm, announced that Brian Bloomfield joined the firm to serve as a consultant specializing in higher education, academic medicine and healthcare executive; that Monica Burton will serve as a consultant in the company’s New York City office focusing on human resources, finance, and senior-level management; and that Karen Goldstein joined the firm as a consultant concentrating on finance and administration searches in higher education.

CTPartners (AMEX: CTP), an executive search provider, announced Nicole Phillips joined the firm as a principal in its retail and consumer practice. Phillips most recently served as vice president with Kirk Palmer & Associates, a boutique search firm dedicated to consumer and retail clients.
