People: Tatum, ZRG Partners, JBCHoldings and more

Tatum, a division of Randstad Holding NV, added financial executive Paul Kruglik as office managing partner for its Pacific Northwest practice. Based in Seattle, Kruglik is responsible for leading Tatum’s practice in the region.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners added David Kinley as managing director, Canada. He will support ZRG’s recruiting sector and also build out ZRG’s capabilities in Canada, working in a new Toronto office. Prior to running his own firm, Kinley was a board member and managing partner with Christian & Timbers. He is also a former search partner and practice leader from Caldwell Partners.

JBCHoldings NY LLC added personnel to staff new offices in Amsterdam, and Barcelona: Carolina Salazar as managing director for EMEA as well as Henk Dijkstra and Melissa Orang as creative talent agents. Headquartered in New York City, JBCHoldings is a creative, marketing, digital and media talent search agency.

Heads! International, a global executive search and advisory firm, announced Jeff DeFazio joined the firm as managing partner, based out of its West Coast offices. In addition to his regional leadership role, he will play a global role in the firm’s consumer and digital practices.

JMI Resource, a Florida staffing provider, hired Kim Malatesta as director of professional services.

Preng & Associates, an executive search firm serving energy industry, announced Steve Raben joined the firm as a senior consultant. He will be based in the Houston office. Raben joins Preng & Associates after a 30-year career in the search industry.
