System One, a Pittsburgh-based staffing provider, announced the appointment of Tim Bosse to the newly created role of executive vice president of healthcare and scientific. Bosse has more than 20 years of recruiting and leadership experience across sectors including healthcare and information technology, and is chartered with building a national practice, focusing on the convergence of technology and healthcare. He will also assume leadership of the company’s scientific and equipment services teams. Bosse will be based in Chicago.

HVS Executive Search announced the appointment of Chris Mumford as president, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He previously served as managing director, but will now head the company’s London office while supporting those in Moscow and South Africa. Mumford also becomes the EMEA representative for global key accounts and will spearhead the opening of new offices in the region.

HVS Executive Search also appointed David Mansbach to the role of president of the Americas. He previously served as partner, North America, but will now head the firm’s New York office while directing the company’s new South/Latin America operation. Both Mumford and Mansbach will work closely with CEO Keith Kefgen in the management of the business and in boosting overall enterprise value.
