Supplemental Health Care, a Park City, Utah-based provider of healthcare staffing, promoted Missy Blankenship to senior regional vice president of its midwest region. Blankenship  will assume responsibility of 21 divisions within the midwest region including Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma and Kansas.

Supplemental also promoted Jennifer Schultheis to regional vice president of its newly formed east region. Schultheis will oversee operations in Virginia, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
