Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements. Today’s listings include announcements from Stefanini,The Eastridge Group, Resnik Partners, PrideStaff, Lucas Group, TRC Staffing Services, Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles.

Stefanini, a Brazil-based IT staffing and solutions firm, named Jill Mannaioni as vice president of business development. Mannaioni will be based in Southfield, Mich. She has worked at companies such as Cap Gemini/Sogeti, EDS, LogicaCMG and Keane.

The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies announced Chalea Pierce will lead the firm’s new recruitment division — Eastridge Finance & Accounting — as vice president. Pierce previously was managing partner with Financial Additions. The Eastridge Group of Staffing Companies provides industrial and office/clerical staffing. It ranks No. 77 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms.

Resnik Partners, the Denver office of Career Partners International, announced Bart McCoy joined the firm as an equity partner and the new vice president of sales and marketing. McCoy previously was vice president of business development for Lee Hecht Harrison, responsible for the Colorado and Nebraska markets.

PrideStaff, a national staffing organization, announced a new office in Fort Worth, Texas, with Mike Harking and Brenda Harkins co-owners. PrideStaff also announced a new office in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., with co-owners Robert Calamia and Carmen Calamia.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, hired Stephen Miller as director of information technology in its headquarters office. Miller previously was IT director at Intown Suites Management.

TRC Staffing Services Inc. appointed Evin Earnhart vice president of Atlanta business development. Earnhart joined the firm in 2010 and most recently served as key accounts director.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) announced Torbjorn Karlsson joined the firm as senior client partner. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Singapore office. Karlsson previously held a number of senior leadership roles in aerospace companies and also served as regional managing partner of the industrial practice with a global search firm in Asia Pacific.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) added senior executive search consultants to its global technology services practice in Great Britain, China and the United States. Shane Burgess is a partner at the London office. George Huang is partner-in-charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Beijing office. Loran Kaminsky is a partner in the Menlo Park, Calif., office.
