Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates named Stephan Schönwälder as managing director and area manager for its new office in Dubai. Schönwälder joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Spencer Stuart, where he led the Middle East financial services practice for four years. He previously was a partner with McKinsey & Company, serving as the head of the company’s Middle East business technology practice and a member of the region’s financial services practice. The Dubai office will be tightly integrated with the Russell Reynolds’ Middle East desk in London; Mat Green and Lamees Al-Ashtal are senior members of this desk. The firm now has 46 offices in 26 countries.

Diversant LLC, a New Jersey-based IT staffing provider, announced Managing Director Sean Paaga will run its new Phoenix office; Pooya Zahedani will lead its new San Francisco office, Ben Puckett will head its new office in Minneapolis; and Shannon Swenson will run the firm’s new office in Des Moines, Iowa.

The Society for Human Resource Management announced Jeaneen Andrews-Feldman joined the association as chief marketing officer. She most recently was senior vice president, marketing, at Merkle Inc.  A member of SHRM’s leadership team, she will report to President and CEO Henry G. (Hank) Jackson.

Staffing provider Frontline Source Group promoted Houston Branch Manager Daniel Guerra to senior regional manager. Guerra joined Frontline in 2012 as a senior sales manager.

Career Partners International firm Wilcox Miller & Nelson announced President and CEO Diane D. Miller will join the California Chamber of Commerce’s executive committee in 2016. A board member since 2003, Miller currently acts as vice chair of the Chamber’s PAC fundraising committee and serves on the Audit committee.
