People: Roth, Kelly, PrideStaff, PeopleFluent, Tango2, Kforce, VincentBenjamin

Ultimate Locum Tenens, Roth Staffing Companies’ new locum tenens business line will be led by Dan Landman, director of new business ventures; Don Robb, vice president; Jim Daggett, vice president of recruiting; and Brianna Foulkrod, operations manager. The team will be based in Dallas.

Kelly Services Inc. (NASD: KELYA, KELYB) elected Robert Cubbin to its board. Cubbin is president and CEO of Meadowbrook Insurance Group. Cubbin fills the vacancy left by the retirement of Maureen Fay earlier this year.

Doug and Debbie Wall are the co-owners of PrideStaff’s new Richmond, Va., office. Chan Preston is owner of PrideStaff’s new Raleigh, N.C. office.

PeopleFluent appointed Rajan Venkitachalam as vice president of product management. Venkitachalam joins PeopleFluent from Caradigm, where he served as director of program management.

Tango2, a provider of healthcare IT consulting services, named Bob Hajek as managing director of client services.

Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC) appointed N. John Simmons to its board effective immediately. Simmons has served on several other boards including Bonds.com Group Inc. and Loyola University New Orleans.

VincentBenjamin promoted Adam Nebel to managing director from practice director. Nebel will manage the company’s Phoenix branch with practice areas in accounting & finance and IT. VincentBenjamin is a provider of professional recruiting services for staff through executive-level positions, specializing in IT and finance and accounting. It has offices in Phoenix, Denver, Los Angeles and Irvine, Calif.
