Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) board member Frederick Furth will retire from the board when his term expires at the May 2010 annual meeting of stockholders, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY), appointed James Mendes as managing director of Futurestep Asia. Mendes had previously served as managing director and sales director for Asia at Alexander Mann Solutions.
