Right Management, a division of Manpower Inc. (NYSE: MAN), named Stephen Cohen as senior VP of global product management for the company's leadership development consulting practice. Cohen has held senior leadership roles at the Carlson Cos., Dove Consulting, Wilson Learning, and Harbridge House. He founded the Learning Design Group and Assessment Designs International. In addition, Cohen taught industrial/organizational psychology at the University of South Florida.

Analysts International Corp. (NASD: ANLY), a Minneapolis-based information technology staffing company, said it will nominate two new candidates for election to its board - Galen Johnson, corporate VP and controller of Cargill Inc., and Douglas Neve, former executive VP and chief financial officer of Ceridian Corp. Analysts International also said three directors will be retiring from the board, including Michael LaVelle, Margaret Loftus, and Robb Prince.

Adea Inc. named Daniel Cross as its global chief financial officer. Cross previously served as VP of finance for Microtune. Adea is an Irving TX-based information technology services company that also provides recruitment process outsourcing.
