Randstad US named Jim Link as managing director of human resources. Prior to Randstad US, Link most recently served as general manager of human resources at Porsche Cars North America for eight years. Before joining Porsche, Link was director of human resources at The Pillsbury Company for eight years.

Excelerate Discovery, a New York-based provider of legal services and staffing, announced Marc Zamsky has joined the company as partner.

Harvey Nash USA, an information technology services and staffing firm, promoted Sean Gilligan to market director of its Colorado market effective immediately. Gilligan joined Harvey Nash two years ago.
