Accenture (NYSE: ACN) announced Chief Leadership Officer Adrian Lajtha will retire from the management consulting, technology services and outsourcing firm in February 2016. Ellyn Shook, currently the firm’s chief human resources officer, will become chief leadership and human resources officer on Dec. 1, 2015, and assume additional responsibilities for leadership development and succession planning; inclusion and diversity; and human capital strategy. Chief Strategy Officer Omar Abbosh will assume additional responsibilities for Accenture’s corporate citizenship initiatives upon Lajtha’s retirement in February.
