RCM Technologies Inc. (NASD: RCMT), a Pennsauken NJ-based staffing firm, announced S. Gary Snodgrass and Richard Machon will serve on its board of directors. Snodgrass most recently served as executive VP at Exelon Corp. Machon's background includes executive-level experience in the utility industry.

On Time Staffing, a Camden NJ-based staffing firm, named Joseph Guariano as VP of operations. Guariano previously served as chief operations officer for The CBI Group, and has also held executive positions at Randstad North America.

Proven Inc., a San Diego-based staffing firm, appointed Morgan Krumb as a senior partner and member of the company's executive committee. Krumb formerly served as director of human resources at 24 Hour Fitness.

Sanford Rose Associates announced that Joan Jordan will serve as managing director of its new executive search office in Phoenix. Jordan most recently served as VP of supply chain development at Cypress Semiconductor.
