Pinstripe Inc., a Brookfield WI-based recruitment process outsourcing firm, named Erin Lange as senior VP of operations excellence and innovation. The company also appointed Greg Summers as business development director and Frank Johnson as its healthcare practice leader.

Kenexa, a Wayne PA-based recruitment software and RPO firm, appointed Eric Lochner as chief marketing officer. Lochner formerly served as the company's managing director of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Kenexa also named Sarah Teten as chief customer officer. Teten has been Kenexa's chief marketing officer since 2004.
