Pinnacle Technical Resources CEO Nina Vaca was named as the organization's chair. ECCO Select Corp. President Jeanette Prenger will serve as vice chair.

The two will assume the roles at the organization's annual convention Sept. 22-25.

Pinnacle Technical Resources, based in Dallas, ranked No. 9 on Staffing Industry Analysts' 2010 list of fastest-growing U.S. staffing firms. ECCO Select is based in Kansas City MO and provides IT staffing and other services.

This is the first time the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will have women serving as both chair and vice chair.
