Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements. Today’s listings include announcements from Optomi LLC, Epitec Inc., Tower Legal Solutions, Career Partners International, RealStreet Staffing, TriDatum Solutions Inc., Odgers Berndtson, CTPartners Executive Search Inc. and The Goodman Group.

Optomi LLC appointed Anthony Petrelli as vice president of the mid-Atlantic region, in tandem with the new office opening in the Baltimore/DC market, the firm’s fifth hub office. Petrelli has more than 14 years’ experience in the technology staffing and solutions industry.

Epitec Inc., a Southfield, Mich.-based information technology staffing provider, promoted Sean Rossiter to director of sales and delivery, branch manager, of the company’s Dallas office. Rossiter has been with the company for more than eight years and has worked in Dallas and the surrounding region since 2010.

Tower Legal Solutions, whose services include legal staffing, promoted Dwight Point to national director of business development from business development manager in the Dallas office.

Career Partners International, which provides career transition services and talent management solutions, added Robert Spencer as managing director, responsible for all practices at the global consulting firm’s new office in New Orleans. The office will provide outplacement, leadership development and recruitment/staffing to its clients in Louisiana. Spencer previously spent nearly 11 years at Entergy, most recently as director of inclusion and leadership planning.

Maryland-based RealStreet Staffing, which targets the architecture, engineering and construction sectors, hired branch managers for three new offices opened on June 2. Jennifer Pipino is branch manager for the Bel Air, Md., office; Michael “Mike” Greene is branch manager for the Frederick, Md., office; and Maribeth Corduck is branch manager for the Tyson’s Corner, Va., office.

TriDatum Solutions Inc., an Atlanta-based technology firm, announced Darrell Coleman launched both its REACH360 staffing practice and TriDatum Solutions brands in the Houston market. Coleman has 18 years of experience in human resources, staffing and business development.

Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson announced Amy Orlich joined the firm as a partner to lead its CIO/CTO and financial technology practices in New York, effective immediately. She reports to Steve Potter, managing partner for Odgers Berndtson's U.S. operations.

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) announced Chris Kao joined the firm as a partner in its life science practice in Asia, based in Shanghai. Kao has 10 years’ experience in executive search.

The Goodman Group, a company that develops and manages senior living and health care communities, appointed Chauna Carallo as national director for Platinum Career Solutions, the new recruitment and placement company being developed by the company. Carallo will focus on sourcing and placing healthcare and hospitality employees in The Goodman Group’s managed senior living and health care communities, which are located in 10 states. Carallo previously was a staffing consultant and regional vice president for staffing branches in the Midwest. Prior to this, she worked with hrConnection, SNI Technology, and Robert Half International.
