Mountain Ltd., a division of Edison, N.J.-based staffing provider Joulé Inc., named Linda Guillerault as national sales manager. Guillerault has more than 25 years of sales, recruiting, business liaison and client service experience. She formerly served as a vice president at Adecco.

Delta Outsourcing, a division of Delta Pharma and Randstad, announced John Ebeid has joined the firm as vice president. A 12-year veteran in the pharmaceutical industry, Ebeid will provide the strategic direction for Delta’s outsourcing business, which provides an array of professional consulting services. Prior to joining Delta Outsourcing, Ebeid served as a principal with PRTM Management Consultants.  

Tatum, a division of SFN Group Inc. (NYSE: SFN), brought on board three senior financial professionals. Cindi Long, partner, will be responsible for serving the company’s portfolio of healthcare clients. Prior to Tatum, Long was with Rochester, Mich.-based Crittendon Hospital Medical Center, where she served as CFO and controller. Roger Pederson, partner, previously was CFO of Meritain Health and United Health Group’s Care Management Centers Division; division controller at HealthEast Care System, and senior financial consultant at Salo. Frank Berauer, principal, will focus on serving clients in the manufacturing and services industries, including financial services and professional services. Prior to Tatum, he was a consultant and principal-level professional at The Johnsson Group for nearly five years.

Team Health Holdings Inc. (NYSE: TMH) announced that the company’s board of directors elected veteran healthcare attorney Steven B. Epstein of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., as a director. Epstein is senior health partner of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., the Washington, D.C.-based firm he founded in 1973.
