Monster Worldwide Inc. (NASD: MNST) appointed retired Admiral Edmund Giambastiani Jr. to its board. Giambastiani served as the vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from 2005 to 2007, the nation's second highest-ranking military officer.

Express Services Inc. promoted Fred Bartliff to VP of franchising. Bartliff will lead the franchising team and continue to sell franchises in California and New York. Express presently has more than 600 offices.

Crdentia Corp. (OTCBB: CRDT.OB) appointed Charlie Mayhone as director of operations for its travel division and Charlotte NC market. Mayhone was most recently director of operations for the company's Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas markets in Texas.
