McKinley Marketing Partners, a marketing solutions firm, announced that Lisa Wilson has joined McKinley as its newest director of business development. Wilson has more than 20 years’ experience in senior sales management, corporate business development, and executive client relationship management. As a director of business development in the New York/New Jersey region, Wilson will work with marketing executives to find interim and permanent solutions for their marketing needs.

Egon Zehnder, an executive search firm, named Dick Patton as leader of its U.S. consumer practice group, which recruits for a number of industries including retail, new media and consumer products. Patton formerly served as a general manager and marketer with The Coca-Cola Company.
