Mastech Holdings Inc. (AMEX: MHH) announced President and CEO Steven Shangold has resigned. Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI.OB) replaced its chief financial officer.

Mastech, a Pittsburgh-based information technology staffing firm, named Sunil Wadhwani, the company's co-founder and co-chairman, as interim CEO until a new CEO is found. The board expects to find a new CEO in the next 90 days.

Shangold guided the company in its spinoff from information technology services firm iGate Corp. (NASD: IGTE) last year. Mastech had revenue of $96.7 million in 2008.

Command Center, a Post Falls ID-based commercial staffing firm, announced CFO Brad Herr resigned, and that it appointed Ralph Peterson to serve as its new CFO.

Herr is pursuing other opportunities and indicated he did not have any disagreements with management, according to the company.

Peterson is a member of the company's board and chairman of its audit committee. Peterson held executive roles at Labor Ready Inc. from 1995 to 1998, including as that firm's CFO.

Command Center also announced it appointed Ronald Junck to the position of secretary. Junck is presently executive VP and general counsel at the company.

Command Center posted revenue of $78.8 million in 2008.
