Manpower Inc. (NYSE: MAN) names leader for new global center of excellence for Tapfin. SFN Group Inc. (NYSE: SFN) appoints president of Tatum division. StepStone Solutions names chairman. Pinstripe Inc. names VP of global solutions and operations …

Manpower announced Dana Shaw will lead its new global center of excellence for Tapfin, the company's managed service provider (MSP) offering. Manpower has $3.7 billion in global MSP spend and offices in 82 countries. Shaw previously served as senior VP of strategy and solutions at Staffing Industry Analysts, where she led strategic initiatives related to sales; member services; and buyer-related research, content, conferences and webinars.

SFN Group named Karen Ferguson Macleod as president of its executive services division, Tatum. Ferguson Macleod was co-founder of Resources Global Professionals. As an executive VP at that firm, she was responsible for all aspects of North American operations.
A certified public accountant, Ferguson Macleod began her career with Deloitte and Touche. Most recently, Ferguson Macleod served as regional manager for Axiom Law on an interim basis. She currently serves on the board of directors of Overland Solutions.

StepStone Solutions appointed Nick Discombe as chairman of is board. Discombe was previously CEO of U.S.-based Witness Systems.

Pinstripe, a recruitment process outsourcing provider, hired Neil Davies as vice president of global solutions and operations. Davies previously served as director of RPO international business at Kenexa Corp. He brings more than a decade of expertise of expertise in RPO to Pinstripe.
