People: MSX International, Decton, Pro Staff, Cielo

MSX International announced Don Johnson, retired US VP for Chevrolet Sales and Service, joined its advisory board. Johnson’s other roles at General Motors Co. have included VP of US sales operations and VP of sales, marketing and aftersales for GM’s international operations.

Decton Staffing Services promoted Division Manager Mark Rosales to VP.  He will continue to oversee Decton‘s maintenance, engineering and construction divisions. Katie Ziglar, the admin/clerical division manager, was promoted to regional sales director, Southwest region.

Pro Staff announced Chip Gabbey, the company’s VP of Wisconsin and Illinois, will lead the reopening of its Chicago office. Ashley Ptacek, formerly a talent manager in Plymouth, Minn., was promoted to branch operations manager of the Chicago office. Pro Staff is owned by Minneapolis-based staffing provider Atterro Human Capital Group.

Seb O’Connell will join Cielo’s global executive team as managing director of Europe. O’Connell most recently served managing director in the UK for Randstad Sourceright. In addition, RPO provider Cielo announced several other leadership hires:

  • Alison Citti joined Cielo in North America as a senior VP of client services. She previously held leadership roles for Yoh, PeopleScout and Kelly Services.
  • Shirley Doran joined Cielo in the Middle East as head of Cielo mobility services, linking regional relocation to RPO and executive search.
  • Marissa Geist joined Cielo in North America as senior vice president of solution design and implementation. Geist was previously with ManpowerGroup Inc.
  • Dawn Hollingworth joined Cielo’s brand and digital practice team as director of brand strategy and creative services. She most recently working on the global rebrand for EY.
  • Sally Hunter joined Cielo in Europe as senior VP of client services. She previously held corporate human resources roles with Kelly OCG and in Corporate Human Resources roles.
