People: MSX, Crestmark, Heidrick

Companies announcing personnel changes include MSX International, Crestmark and Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII). MSX International named D. Nick Reilly as chairman, Asia Pacific, effective immediately. Reilly has more than 35 years of experience at General Motors. His past roles include serving as the first president and CEO of GM Daewoo Auto and Technology in Korea. MSX is based in Warren, Mich., and provide services to the auto industry, including staffing.

Crestmark, a provider of financing to the staffing industry, promoted Mick Goik to president and chief operating officer. Goik previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc., a Chicago-based executive search firm, named Jack “Rusty” O’Kelley as regional practice managing partner for its Leadership Consulting Americas operations. O’Kelley previously worked with an organization and strategy consulting firm and had previously served as a corporate lawyer at global law firm Sullivan & Cromwell.
