MPS Group Inc. (NYSE: MPS) said Robert Crouch joined its board of directors. Crouch has been VP, treasurer and CFO of MPS since joining the company in November 1995. MPS is a Jacksonville FL-based professional staffing firm.

Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NYSE: ADP) said Chief Operating Officer S. Michael Martone will retire effective Jan. 2. ADP, a Roseland NJ-based company, operates the second-largest professional employer organization based on net revenue.

Monster Worldwide Inc. (NASD: MNST) elected Roberto Tunioli as a member of its board. Tunioli is as vice chairman and CEO of Datalogic SpA, the third-largest producer of bar code readers, data collection computers and radio frequency identification technology systems, Monster said.

Jim Lanzalotto, former VP of strategy and marketing for Philadelphia-based technology staffing firm Yoh, has moved on to start a marketing services firm called ScanlonLouis in Newtown Square PA.
