Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, appointed Derek McKechnie as managing partner of the firm’s human resources practice group in New York. McKechnie previously served in a variety of recruiting roles for Michael Page International.

GLC Group, a Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based provider of staffing, announced that Jeff Kitchens has been appointed as the company’s director of national business development (RPO Services). Kitchens has more than 20 years of RPO experience.

Executive search firm Amrop, Seeliger y Conde announced that Alfonso de Goyeneche joined as a partner in its Miami office. De Goyeneche previously served as managing director of investment bank Ahorro Corporacion Financiera International.
